Ali vaš intranet zgleda in se vede tako, kot da bi ga naredili informatiki? – Jernej Suhadolc
SharePoint portali so si med seboj precej podobnih - interni informatiki ali zunanji izvajalci zamenjajo zgornji levi logotip in spremenijo kakšno barvo, nato pa na vsebinske strani razporedijo nekaj spletnih gradnikov. Zadnjo piko na i naredijo z namestitvijo kakšnega brezplačnega gradnika, ki prikazuje vreme na Dunaju (ker Murske Sobote ni na spisku), nato pa presenečeno ugotavljajo, da ljudje njihove rešitve ne uporabljajo.
Pokazali vam bomo, kako je moč to prakso preseči in se lotiti projekta z načrtom,ter kako usmeriti izvajalce po nekoliko daljši poti, vendar s precej boljšimi rezultati. Pokazali bomo rešitve, ki presegajo legendarno dvo-nivojsko omejitev levega menija, mojstrovino zgornje in spodnje pasice Forms Serverja, ter celo kako narediti prikaz novic dovolj dober za šefa interne PR službe.

Na predavanju bom predstavil postopek migracije iz map v skupni rabi brez izgube obstoječih pravic na mapah v skupni rabi. Pokazal bom, kako brez večjih pretresov zagotovimo enostaven prehod na SharePoint s pomočjo sinhronizacije med obema okoljema, dokler se uporabniki ne privadijo na novo SharePoint okolje.
Ključnega pomena je, da nam ob primernem migracijskem postopku ni potrebno več skrbeti za prenos map, datotek in pravic v SharePoint. Drugi del predavanja bo temeljil na urejanju pravic in predstavitvi orodja za pripravo poročil o vodenju statistike za uporabo SharePointa.

In my session I’ll try to clarify what the word ‘document’ means, what is the typical document lifecycle model, and what kind of tasks/functionalities are needed in a document management system. After discussing these general questions I’ll show how we can take the advantages of the new SharePoint Server 2010 to implement an advanced document management system, what new functions and features we get with SharePoint 2010, and what are the benefits of upgrading to SharePoint 2010 from the view of document management.
