Slovenia is a country in Central Europe bordering Italy to the west, the Adriatic Sea to the southwest, Croatia to the south and east, Hungary to the northeast, and Austria to the north.
The SharePoint conference will take place in Murska Sobota, the capital and administrative centre of the region Prekmurje. For most Slovenes, Prekmurje means a local version of “Hungarian” golaž (goulash) cooked with paprika, white wine and a rich pastry called gibanica made with apples, skuta, mak in orehi. It is a place to relax and enjoy one of the many thermal spas, wineries and local cousins.
