The invoice is going to be sent two business days after the registration. You may cancel your registration at no cost until 6th of November 2009. If we are notified until 20th of November, we will charge you a 50 % cancellation fee. If we are notified after 20th of November 2009, you will be charged the full cost. All cancellations must be sent by email to matjaz.korenjak@b4contact.com.

The organizers of the event reserve the right to decline registrations to the conference. Registrations from Non EU countries will only be accepted if realized from a verifiable, established and operating organization; the email address and the paying bank account should correspond to the same organization.

 
Fake or non verifiable information on the registration form would automatically decline the registration without any notice.

 
Invitation letters for consular purposes will only be issued under exceptional circumstances and in all cases with pre-payment of the conference fee.
